What We Do

Every real estate developer begins with a basic problem: finding projects that work for them. Kathan Advisors will focus our efforts on markets and sites that work for our clients. Smaller development firms and many medium-sized firms have little to no dedicated resources for sourcing projects. Even large firms with greater resources cannot explore every potential avenue for deals, effectively creating a "passive" project pipeline. Unlike traditional real estate brokers, we go far beyond simply searching for available land.  Our team will provide a full spectrum of services that will create a complete picture of the development. This allows our clients to make the best decision based on the most information.
